Victor G. Niño, Ph.D., PE, serves as the Director of Business Development at Build Equinox, leading advancements in fresh air technology for both residential and commercial markets. With over 20 years in the HVAC industry and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business from the University of Illinois, he has pioneered innovations in the heat transfer management and HVAC industries moving technologies towards sustainability. As a dedicated ASHRAE member, he currently serves as the Government Affairs Committee Chair for its Wisconsin Chapter, and co-chairs the Market Leadership and Advisory Board of USGBC in Wisconsin. Victor also instructs HVAC Fundamentals at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
