The Bureau of Construction Codes will be conducting a public hearing on proposed administrative rules entitled "Part 9A Mechanical Code – Rule Set 2022-55." We are conducting this hearing under the authority of the Administrative Procedures Act, Public Act 306 of 1969. The hearing will be called to order at 01:00 p.m. on August 22, 2023, at the Michigan Library & Historical Center's First Floor Forum, 702 W Kalamazoo St, Lansing, MI 48915.
