Code of Conduct/VAPS Reports

MIACCA worked very hard to advocate that all utility Value Added Products & Services (VAPS) annual reporting be made public through the Code of Conduct..  The Code of Conduct is supposed to regulate all utilities when the utility chooses to offer other value added products and services, such as appliance service and other items.Annual reports will be published here for your convenience, along with being sent out in our industry news.  We work hard to protect our industry and contractors from unfair competition.
