ACCA Guidelines for Implementation of Residential Heat Pump Initiatives

ACCA’s Products Committee developed these guidelines to help states understand the complexity of heat pump system design and design contractor-friendly rebate programs. These guidelines should be helpful in the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)'s Home Efficiency Rebates Program (HOMES) and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates Program (HEAR), as well as other state and utility incentive programs.
